with stools which is equipted with sink and storage. The porch has a 42" flat screen tv and rockers to sit and enjoy the view.
Just off the porch is the grilling area with gas and charcoal grills and picnic table. Near the water is the converastion/burn
pit with chairs. Steps allow access to the Sandy Beach and great swimming. There is a mooring anchor in the water for your
boat.
